James F. Lynch offers transparent and straightforward flat-fee rates for both half-day and full-day mediation sessions. With a commitment to efficiency and fairness, James ensures that all parties involved in the mediation process benefit from a clear and predictable fee structure.
Half-Day Session – Five Hours
A half-day mediation session with James F. Lynch provides a focused and dedicated approach to resolving your claim. The session includes:
- One (1) hour of pre-session preparation, which involves thorough review and annotation of all written materials submitted, as well as pre-session emails and phone discussions with Counsel.
- Four (4) hours of dedicated session time, ensuring efficient and productive negotiations.
Pricing for Half-Day Session:
- Two-Sided matter: $1,500.00 per side
- Three-Sided matter: $1,300.00 per side
- Four-Sided matter: $1,200.00 per side
Full Day Session
For more complex claims or cases requiring additional time for resolution, James F. Lynch offers full-day mediation sessions. The session includes:
- One (1) hour of pre-session preparation, which involves in-depth review and analysis of all relevant materials and discussions with Counsel prior to the session.
- Seven (7) hours of uninterrupted mediation, allowing ample time for comprehensive negotiations.
Pricing for Full-Day Session:
- Two-Sided matter: $1,900.00 per side
- Three-Sided matter: $1,700.00 per side
- Four-Sided matter: $1,500.00 per side
Flexible Continuation Options
In the event that the matter is not resolved by the end of the contracted half-day or full-day session, participants may choose to continue the mediation. James offers two continuation options:
- Hourly Fee Basis: Participants can opt for continuation on an hourly fee basis, billed at $250.00 per hour, per side.
- Half-Day Flat Fee Basis: Alternatively, participants may choose to continue on a one-half day flat-fee basis, following the half-day fee per side in effect at the time of scheduling and agreement execution.
